Privacy Statement IXOLUTION
Introduction
IXOLUTION (hereinafter “we”) processes personal data of its customers, prospects and other contact persons. We do this to help our customers as well as possible and to achieve our goals. In this privacy statement we explain why and how we process your personal data. We do not have Data Protection Officer (DPO), but we are happy to help you with your questions. Who are we?
We are IXOLUTION: Provide intelligent IT solutions that enable carriers and logistics service providers to increase their productivity and grow faster. That is the goal of IXOLUTION, European market leader in the field of innovative software for international and intermodal transport. We deliver and implement a standard software product for the operational processes. Transport software that has proven itself amply. We are located at the Stationplein 1 (3331 LL), in Zwijndrecht, The Netherlands.
Which personal data do we process?
We process the following personal data: Depending on the services and functionalities that you use on our websites, we may process the following personal data from you:
- Name
- company details
- e-mail address
- information that you fill in yourself in an open field, such as a forum post or a message in the contact form
- technical measurement data of the equipment such as IP address, MAC address, identifiers in cookies and your surfing behavior on our websites
Purposes
We process the above data for one or more of the following purposes (depending on which services or functionalities you use):
- make use of all functionalities and services on the website.
- to process your response.
- to communicate with you by sending electronic newsletters and / or mail.
- to answer your questions via social media, e-mail, by mail or by telephone.
- to improve our website.
Rights of individuals

- Information and inspection: Of course you can see which personal data we process from you. We are happy to tell you more about how and why we process this data.
- Rectification: Do you feel that we have wrong information about you? Let us know then we will adjust it.
- Forgetting: You can have the personal data that we have removed from you. It may be that for other purposes (administration or deduplication, for example) we still have to process this data.
- Restriction: If you feel that we are processing your personal data incorrectly or incorrectly, you can also have this processing limited.
- Objection: you can lodge an objection for the processing of your personal data. Is it marketing? Then we will terminate that processing as soon as possible.
- Transferability: This is a new right under the AVG to transfer or transfer personal data. If you want to make use of this, please contact us.

We do not store personal data longer than necessary
Principles of processing
As explained above, we process some data for the performance of a legal duty but most of it for the fulfillment of the legitimate interest of IXOLUTION: to carry out our objective. If you want to know more about the considerations that we make with the legitimate interest, then you know where to find us! Finally, we process some data with your permission: this mainly concerns online tracking methods.
Third party receivers
We hire service providers for the execution of our services. These are not ‘third recipients’ but processors. For example, we use Google Analytics. These parties process personal data in accordance with IXOLUTION’s instructions.Sometimes we are legally obliged to provide personal data to third parties; like the tax authorities. Furthermore, we will only provide information to third parties if we have received your permission.

Cookie statement
What is a cookie?
"We make use of cookies on this website. A cookie is a simple small file that is sent with pages from this website [and / or Flash applications] and stored by your browser on your computer’s hard drive. The information stored therein can be sent back to our servers on a subsequent visit."
Use of session cookies

Google Analytics
"Through our website a cookie is placed from the American company Google, as part of the “Analytics” service. We use this service to track and get reports on how visitors use the website. Google may provide this information to third parties if Google is legally obliged to do so, or if third parties process the information on behalf of Google. We have no influence on this. We have not allowed Google to use the obtained analytics information for other Google services. The information that Google collects is anonymised as much as possible. Your IP address is emphatically not given. The information is transferred to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Google maintains the Privacy Shield principles and is affiliated with the Privacy Shield program of the US Department of Commerce. This means that there is an appropriate level of protection for the processing of any personal data."
Right to inspect and correct or delete your data
"You have the right to request access to and correction or deletion of your data. See our contact page for this. To prevent abuse, we can ask you to identify you adequately. When it comes to access to personal data linked to a cookie, you must send a copy of the cookie in question. You can find it in the settings of your browser."
