Introduction

IXOLUTION (hereinafter “we”) processes personal data of its customers, prospects and other contact persons. We do this to help our customers as well as possible and to achieve our goals. In this privacy statement we explain why and how we process your personal data.

Who are we?

We are IXOLUTION:
Provide intelligent IT solutions that enable carriers and logistics service providers to increase their productivity and grow faster. That is the goal of IXOLUTION, European market leader in the field of innovative software for international and intermodal transport. We deliver and implement a standard software product for the operational processes. Transport software that has proven itself amply.

We are located at the Stationplein 1 (3331 LL), in Zwijndrecht, The Netherlands.

Which personal data do we process?

We process the following personal data:
Depending on the services and functionalities that you use on our websites, we may process the following personal data from you:

Principles of processing

As explained above, we process some data for the performance of a legal duty but most of it for the fulfillment of the legitimate interest of IXOLUTION: to carry out our objective. Finally, we process some data with your permission: this mainly concerns online tracking methods.

Third party receivers

We hire service providers for the execution of our services. These are not ‘third recipients’ but processors. For example, we use Google Analytics. These parties process personal data in accordance with IXOLUTION’s instructions.Sometimes we are legally obliged to provide personal data to third parties; like the tax authorities. Furthermore, we will only provide information to third parties if we have received your permission.

What is a cookie?

Google maintains the Privacy Shield principles and is affiliated with the Privacy Shield program of the US Department of Commerce. This means that there is an appropriate level of protection for the processing of any personal data."

Right to inspect and correct or delete your data

"You have the right to request access to and correction or deletion of your data. See our contact page for this. To prevent abuse, we can ask you to identify you adequately.
